This catalogue cancels all previous catalogues.

All orders are subject to freight charges, other than those uplifted from the nursery site.

GST is extra and prices are subject to change without notice.

All plants supplied shall remain the property of Box Topiary until payment for the entire order is made in full, including GST and any freight cost incurred.

The placing of an order implies the acceptance of the current terms and conditions of trade for Box Topiary.

Terms of Payment: Payment for account holders shall be by cash, cheque or direct credit by the 20th of the month following supply of goods. All other orders to be paid upon receipt of stock.

If payment is not received by the due date then Box Topiary may refuse delivery of further goods and stop further credit facilities. The customer will pay all collection and legal costs incurred by the Company (including solicitor/client costs incurred) that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account.

Payments not made on the due date may, at the Company's sole discretion, bear interest from the date of the invoice at the rate of 2% per month until paid (or at such rate as shall be in force at the date of purchase). Please advise if you are having a problem with a payment.

Once goods are loaded onto transport, bound for a purchaser's delivery address, the risk of the goods is passed from Box Topiary to the Purchaser. Box Topiary shall not be liable for any loss, damage or deterioration to the goods during delivery to the purchaser. Any goods damaged in
delivery should immediately be notified to the carrier.

Box Topiary will take the greatest care when selecting and preparing stock for an order. Box Topiary will replace any wrongly described stock with correct stock, provided Box Topiary is notified within 7 days of the goods being delivered.

Box Topiary, or its agents, will not accept the return of goods unless authorised by Box Topiary in advance. Returned goods will only be accepted if they return in the same condition as when supplied and when the corresponding invoice number and date of order is also supplied; unless
otherwise authorised by Box Topiary.
